The 2nd Annual Old Town Arts Festival

GENERAL  INFORMATION  FOR ARTIST:


Check-In at OTCA:    Artist and Co-Artist (if any): Photo ID required of both

Artist Set-Up:     Verify booth location with Space Assignments before setting up!
                      Saturday, 8:30 a.m. –10:30 a.m.; vehicles removed by 10:30 a.m.

Festival Hours:   Saturday:  11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Awards:  Saturday:  5:30p.m.

Break-down:   Saturday:  6 p.m.

Hospitality Center:
Located at behind check-in booth and is open Saturday: 8:30a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with complimentary beverages and snacks.

THE JUDGES AND THE JUDGING PROCESS:

Please submit no more than 2 images per artists for consideration, no later than 5:00p.m., Friday, April 20, 2018.

Please have your pieces displayed in your booth for judging on the day of the fesitval.
Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Awards are presented solely at the discretion of the judges and will be announced and distributed at 5:30p.m.
